Why do I need an Amazon account to purchase Rotary products?
Rotary International has teamed with Amazon Services to make your online shopping experience quick, easy, and secure. Selections from shop.rotary.org and from Amazon.com are available through our site, which is powered by Amazon WebStore.

When you order from shop.rotary.org, you will need to use your existing Amazon.com account or create a new Amazon.com account.

Is my account information kept private?
Yes. Your account information will be collected and used by Amazon and so is subject to the Amazon.com Privacy Notice. In addition, Amazon will provide Rotary with information necessary to fulfill your order, and that information is subject to the RI Privacy Policy.

Placing an Order

What is the difference between ordering online and ordering by phone, fax, or mail?
There is no difference in terms of the merchandise offered, the list price of products, or the shipping method. However, some special offers and discounts are only available online.

The dropdown menu for product quantity only goes up to 10. Can I order more than 10 copies of a product?
Yes. Select Edit Shopping Cart to change the quantity before you check out. You can order up to 99 of each product.

Are bulk rates available?
Bulk rates are available on select items. Contact us for more information.

How can I find products in other languages?
To see all of the products available in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish, simply search shop by the desired language. Note that search terms must be in English – search for “French,” not “français.”

Find translations in French, Portuguese, and Spanish for the 30 top-selling products in those languages under the Browse by Language category. Watch for more products and languages to be added in coming months.

How can I check the status of an order I recently placed?
Sign in to your Amazon account and select “Orders” to review your order history.

Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Yes. Sign in to your Amazon.com account to review, modify, or cancel your order.

Where do I enter my membership number?
It’s not necessary to enter your Rotary membership number to order products on shop.rotary.org.

Payment

Can I see how much my purchase will cost in my country’s currency?
Yes, you have the option of using the Amazon Currency Converter tool. You may need to activate Amazon Currency Converter by signing in to your Amazon account. For more information about Amazon Currency Converter, select “Help” and then click “Payment, Pricing & Promotions”.

Can I pay with another currency?
No. All shop.rotary.org transactions take place in U.S. dollars.

What credit cards do you accept?
You may use American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, Japan Credit Bureau, or Visa for purchases made on shop.rotary.org.

Can I pay with a check?
You must use a credit card when making online purchases. To pay by check, please mail your order with payment to the RI Distribution Center or your local international office. Find mailing addresses here.

Shipping and handling

What are the shipping and handling charges?
Rotary International currently does not charge for standard shipping and handling. There is a fee for expedited shipping that varies by locale.

How can I receive my order sooner than 7 to 10 business days?
We offer overnight and two-day shipping to some locations. Please contact us to ask about expedited shipping availability and rates.

Paul Harris Fellow Medallion

When did the Paul Harris Fellow Medallion become a shop item?
That change was instituted in 2009. The Paul Harris Fellow Medallion can now be ordered just like any other item in the shop. However, you must enter in the code you received with your letter from RI Headquarters confirming your status as a Paul Harris Fellow.

Do you still bill the club for Paul Harris Fellow Medallions?
No. That policy was changed in 2002.

Other Merchandise

How do I order Rotary’s Official Directory?
The Official Directory is not available through shop.rotary.org. Please contact us to purchase the directory.

Where can I find merchandise bearing the Rotary emblem, including pins, pens, and flags? Rotary emblem merchandise may be purchased directly from official RI licensed vendors.
