Privacy and account setup

Is my account information kept private? 

Yes. Your account information will be collected and used by Rotary International to fill your order, and that information is subject to the RI Privacy Policy.  

How do I set up my account? 

Choose SIGN IN at the top of the home page and follow the prompts to either sign in or register. If you haven’t made a recent purchase, you may have to set up billing and shipping addresses again.

Are address changes made in my account reflected in my official Rotary membership record?

No. The address information you use in your account is used only for billing and shipping your orders.

Why doesn’t my Amazon account work for anymore?

What is the difference between ordering online and ordering by phone, fax, or mail? 

There is no difference in terms of the merchandise offered, the list price of products, or the shipping method. However, some special offers and discounts are available only online.

Are bulk rates available? 


How can I find products in other languages? 

To see products available in French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, or Swedish, use the desired language as a search term. Note that search terms must be in English — for example “French,” not “français.” 

Where do I enter my membership number?

How can I check the status of an order I recently placed?  

Sign in to your account and select My Account then My Orders to review your order history. If you used the Check Out as Guest feature when you placed your order, refer to the email you received or call to check on your order.

How do I sign in when browsing and ordering products?

Choose SIGN IN at the top of the home page and follow the prompts to either sign in or register. For the best shopping experience and to be able to access your order history, we recommend that you sign in when shopping.

Orders and returns
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Call 866-9ROTARY (866-976-8279) or 847-866-3000 for changes to your order, including returns and refunds.


Can I see how much my purchase will cost in my country’s currency? 

No. Rotary doesn’t offer that service. Use a currency converter to receive the most up-to-date exchange rate available.

Can I pay with another currency? 

No. accepts payment only in U.S. dollars.

What credit cards do you accept? 

You may use American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau, MasterCard, or Visa.

Can I pay with a check?  

Not if you’re making your purchase online. If you place an order by phone, the check payment process can be explained to you.

Shipping and handling

How can I receive my order sooner than 7 to 10 business days?  

We offer overnight and two-day shipping to some locations. Contact us to ask about expedited shipping availability and rates.

Paul Harris Fellow Medallion

Can I order the Paul Harris Fellow medallion from the shop? 

Yes. Since 2009, the medallion can be ordered like any other item.

Other merchandise

How do I order Rotary’s Official Directory? 

The full printed Official Directory is no longer available. Beginning with the 2016-17 edition, only an abbreviated print version is being produced, contact us to order. You can download the complete version of the directory, available as a PDF, from My Rotary. 

Where can I find merchandise such as pins, pens, and flags bearing the Rotary emblem?

The shop offers various Rotary emblem items, and others can be purchased directly from RI licensed vendors.
